The display case is made entirely of 18/10 stainless steel with a built-in unit. Freezing is ensured by forced air circulation with automatic defrosting of the evaporator by hot steam and subsequent evaporation of condensate from the collecting tray. The operation of the display case is controlled by the EVCO electronic unit.

To highlight the range of goods offered, the display case is equipped in the upper part with fluorescent lighting and an illuminated front advertising panel ? Ice Cream. The advantages of this showcase also include blowing the windshield and side windows with warm air from the condensing unit of the motor compressor through holes along the windows. Thanks to this technical solution, the dew on the windows of the display case will be significantly reduced even at negative temperatures in the exhibition space.
